Job Description

Our client is a rapidly growing developer and manufacturer of advanced optical coatings for diverse energy and industrial applications. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Lab Technician to join our innovative team. This role is critical in driving the research and development of new and improved coating technologies that will propel our cutting-edge projects forward.

R&D Lab Technician Responsibilities:

• Coating Development: Research, develop, and formulate innovative optical coatings to meet advanced project specifications.
• Experimental Design & Execution: Design, conduct, and analyze experiments aimed at optimizing coating performance and developing new applications.
• Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to refine coating formulations and ensure they meet stringent quality standards.
• Equipment Management: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment, ensuring optimal performance and coordination of necessary repairs.
• Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document experimental procedures, results, and contribute to technical reports and research publications.

R&D Lab Technician Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or a related field.
• Experience in an R&D lab environment, with a focus on experimental design and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

R&D Lab Technician Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $50,000 to $70,000
