We're a leading strategic services firm seeking a talented individual to join our team and lead complex IT projects for a DoD customer. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions and ensuring project success.

What you'll do:

Lead and manage projects: Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from planning and execution to monitoring and control.
Manage teams: Lead and mentor a team of technical and administrative professionals, ensuring they are motivated and productive.
Develop and execute project plans: Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution.
Monitor progress and report results: Track project performance, identify risks and issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Manage network infrastructure: Oversee network design, installation, and implementation of standards to enhance network technologies.
Resolve technical issues: Troubleshoot complex problems and recommend solutions to ensure system availability.
Optimize network performance: Monitor network performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
What you'll need:

Active Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or information technology
PMP certification
10+ years of experience in computer and network project management support
Strong technical skills in data management, data analysis, and network technologies
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with DoD projects is a plus
