Job Summary
We are looking for an entry-level Data Analyst to join our team and support various reporting, analysis, and coordination tasks across 64 campuses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly reports, managing survey data, supporting audit processes, and coordinating awards. This role also includes tracking and analyzing data related to KPIs, conducting training sessions, and supporting Kaizen initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly reports, dashboards, and quality metrics (PROMISE V2 Reports) for 64 campuses, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
• Conduct regular training sessions for process owners to help them understand KPIs and utilize reporting tools effectively.
• Manage, analyze, and interpret data from bi-annual surveys for students and parents, facilitating data-driven decision-making and reporting.
• Assist in coordinating and conducting internal and external audits , including documentation review, report writing, and follow-up on audit findings.
• Support the team in managing awards by coordinating with external bodies, preparing applications, organizing site visits, and tracking project assessments.
• Track and monitor KAIZEN activities , including managing projects, conducting training, preparing quarterly newsletters, and compiling yearly reports on top projects across the campuses.
• Collaborate with different geos to ensure smooth communication and coordination for report distribution, audit follow-ups, and project management tasks.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and experience with creating dashboards and reports.
• Strong organizational and communication skills , with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders across different locations.
• Familiarity with survey management and data collection tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and manage workload.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields preferred.
