Job Description

Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator (US Citizens Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning scheduling and tracking project activities milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams including developers testers and external vendors to maintain alignment on project goals.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies including Agile Scrum or Waterfall as appropriate.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports meeting minutes and risk logs.
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage documentation repositories and version control.
  • Act as the central point of communication between technical teams business units and stakeholders.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings including preparing agendas and ensuring followups on action items.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure stakeholders are informed about project status and potential issues.
  • Monitor task assignments and assist team members with removing blockers.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and assist in resource planning to meet project needs.
  • Ensure that quality standards and best practices are followed during project execution.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project to track tasks and milestones.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for team members on project tools and processes. :
  • Assist in tracking project budgets expenses and resource utilization.
  • Support project financial reporting by maintaining records of expenditures and forecasts.



    Qualifications :
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in project coordination or management preferably in technology or IT projects.
  • Experience in SDLC Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure software development or systems integration.
  • Excellent organizational multitasking and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
