Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in securing mortgage loans that meet their needs.
Identify prospective clients and schedule appointments to discuss mortgage options.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to provide exceptional service.
Ensure compliance with all mortgage regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and targets.

Qualifications:
Current Mortgage Loan Originator license is preferred; however, we welcome candidates who are eager to obtain their license and receive training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in the mortgage industry is a plus but not mandatory.
