**Salesforce QA Consultant**

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Consultant to join our team for a 6-month contract. If you have a passion for quality assurance and a strong background in Salesforce projects, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Utilize your 3-5 years of experience in testing to support the successful execution of medium to large-scale Salesforce implementation projects.
- Conduct manual testing of Salesforce projects within an Agile Scrum framework, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Validate and test screens and functionalities, contributing to the overall user experience.
- Communicate effectively and collaboratively with team members to share your testing knowledge and strategies, fostering a positive environment that encourages quality results.
- Plan, prepare, and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including end-to-end test scenarios across various systems and batch processes.
- Leverage your proven experience in IT Quality Assurance to oversee projects of varying sizes, ensuring thorough testing and defect management.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and manage all aspects of software testing and defect management, including leading defect calls.
- Employ a risk-based testing approach to determine testing scope and prioritize efforts effectively.
- Collaborate with team members in a team-oriented environment, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork.
- Verify that defect fixes and new features perform as expected and do not introduce regressions in other areas.

**Qualifications:**

- Solid experience with Salesforce, particularly in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- At least one Salesforce certification is required; two or more certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
