About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce QA Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of medium to large enterprise Salesforce implementation projects. Your expertise in manual testing and Agile Scrum methodology will help us deliver top-notch solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to test all phases of the quality assurance process for Salesforce projects.
- Conduct thorough validation of screens and functionalities to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Share your testing knowledge and strategies effectively with team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes positive quality outcomes.
- Plan, prepare, and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including end-to-end test scenarios that span multiple systems and batch processes.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and manage all aspects of software testing, including defect management and leading defect calls.
- Use a risk-based testing approach to determine the testing scope and prioritize efforts effectively.
- Verify that fixes for defects and new features function as expected, ensuring that no regressions occur in affected areas.
- Work closely within a team-oriented environment to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales or Service Cloud) is essential.
- A minimum of one Salesforce certification is required, with two or more certifications highly preferred.
- Proven track record as an IT Quality Assurance professional for projects of various sizes.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to lead discussions and influence testing practices across teams.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team-focused setting.
