Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for intensive data entry and maintaining client profile data. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, with the opportunity to work in the office three days a week and from home on the remaining days.

Location:
Conveniently located south of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, at the NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the creation and updates of client accounts
Verify client profile information for accuracy
Process online bidder approvals
Add or update client information, create reports, and handle shipping instructions requests
Maintain mailing list data entries
Process bidder/show cards and verify sales tax information from bidder cards
Manage client survey responses
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:

High school diploma required
Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word and Excel
Strong multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Work Environment:

Hybrid work schedule (three days in-office, two days remote)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
