Compensation: $225,000 - $250,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Inbound Leads: Efficiently handle and convert incoming leads to grow your client base.
- Rate Shopping and Negotiation: Find competitive mortgage rates and negotiate terms to match borrowers with the ideal lender.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong referral relationships with real estate professionals and maintain connections with mortgage lenders and bankers.
- Stay Updated: Keep current with lending rate sheets and industry trends to provide informed advice.
- Submit Applications: Ensure accurate and complete submission of application files to lenders on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate Processes: Work closely with mortgage professionals, including processors, account executives, and realtors.
- Educate Clients: Provide guidance on loan products, funding sources, and the buying or refinancing process to empower clients in their decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in mortgage loan origination or as a loan officer.
- Licensure: Current NMLS license or certification from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers required.
- Skills: Excellent time management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the loan process from origination to closing and various loan products is essential.
