Position Overview
Our healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coder to ensure the accurate coding and billing of medical procedures and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign codes to medical procedures and services using CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
• Review and analyze medical records to ensure coding accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations

Qualifications

• Certification in medical coding or related field
• Proficiency in CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
• Experience in medical coding in a healthcare setting
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
