We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Communications Manager to join our dynamic marketing department in the technology & telecommunications industry. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who possesses a wealth of experience in crafting, managing, and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies. The Marketing Communication Manager will play an essential role in enhancing our brand visibility and engagement across various channels for all company divisions. With a deep understanding of telecommunications market dynamics, the manager will develop and implement targeted communication plans that resonate with our diverse audience in alignment with company goals and marketing strategies. Collaboration is key; the successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, product development, and outside agencies to ensure alignment of messaging, timing, and objectives. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of leadership and innovation, with the ability to analyze market trends and make recommendations to adjust strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies that align with company goals and strategic plans.
• Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns including social media, email, and public relations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, along with working with outside agencies, to ensure consistent, and timely messaging across all platforms.
• Analyze market trends and competitor performance to refine marketing strategies.
• Oversee content creation workflow for marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content. As well as all branded assets.
• Measure and report on the performance of communication initiatives making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communication roles, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and communication tools.
