Job Description

Our client is looking to fill the role of Freelance Project Manager Marketing Operations/ Social Media. This is a great opportunity for a temp to perm Project Manager for the marketing team working on marketing operations and social media. Role is based in NYC and is hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize project management software and cross-collaboration tools (e.g. Wrike, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams) to create detailed project schedules and monitor tasks, milestones, and launch dates for multiple projects running simultaneously.
• Lead regular status meetings and maintain clear communication channels across teams to ensure all stakeholders are informed and on task.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and key achievements.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management and operations within a large global marketing organization.
• Proficiency with project management software and cross-collaboration tools (e.g. Wrike, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams).
• Must be confident in holding teams to account under tight deadlines and leading focused status meetings with clear communication, organized information, and proactive problem-solving skills.
