DETAILS

• Job Type: temp-to-hire (estimated contract length 6-12 months before conversion), full time hours
• Schedule: Mon-Friday 8am-4pm, occasional weekend/holiday work may be required on a rotating basis - infrequent
• Pay Rate: $19-22/hour, depending on relevant cell culture/GLP/GDP experience
• Location: Eagan, MN

SUMMARY
Conduct laboratory assays using cell culture and media preparation techniques.

DUTIES
- Support in vitro activities, including aseptic techniques, microscopy, and reagent preparation.
- Perform assays and maintain documentation.
- Organize supplies and manage shipments.
- Clean and monitor equipment daily.
- Follow procedures and recognize deviations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Adhere to regulations and Good Laboratory Practices.
- Flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Associates or Bachelors Degree in a STEM-related major
- No experience required for entry level ($19-20/hour)
- Cell culture and GLP/GMP/GDP experience is required to be considered at a higher pay rate ($21-22/hour)
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
