Job Description The Financial Manager (FM) will report to the CFO / Director of Finance as a key technical expert on Federal contractor financial analysis issues, reports, and special projects relative to the business plan, sales and profit guidelines, indirect expense budgets, chart accounts, and actual rates versus planned rates that support DCAA Accounting System audits. The FM interfaces with Business Unit management, responding to their requests for financial data, resolving reports and compliance issues. The FM prepares special reports and financial studies for management and identifies significant variances in actuals versus planned data. The FM coordinates, negotiate, and resolves financial compliance issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation of reports.
