We are is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our events team in Miami. In this role, you will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of various company events, from corporate meetings to promotional events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in event management and grow within the company.

$24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and organization of events, including logistics, venue setup, and vendor coordination.
• Support event promotion through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate event materials, including promotional items, banners, and signage.
• Help manage event registration, check-ins, and on-site attendee support.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth event operations.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining event documentation.
• Assist with post-event follow-up, including gathering feedback and preparing reports.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align event goals with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations during events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• No prior event experience is necessary, but internships or related experience in event planning or marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues on the go.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the event management field.
