Posting Number: 20244092S Position Title: Enrollment Counselor Position Type: Staff Location: Villanova, PA Recruitment Type: Internal/External Applicants Work Schedule: full-time/12-months Department : 576-Dean, Professional Studies Position Summary: The Enrollment Counselor is the primary point of contact for all inquiries and applications for open enrollment non-credit courses and programs in the College of Professional Studies (CPS). They are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective enrollees that span the enrollment lifecycle, from inquiry to registration. General responsibilities include actively recruiting new students for the programs via telephone, e-mail, live chat & texting inquiries, application monitoring, and conducting telephone/zoom meetings and other outreach recruitment activities. While providing top-notch customer service, this individual guides applicants through the process of discerning whether CPS's programs meet their personal and professional goals, completing the enrollment requirements, and submitting any necessary enrollment materials. The Enrollment Counselor assists with developing and implementing strategies for recruiting and yielding diverse prospective students. Other responsibilities include assisting in the planning and implementation of open houses, information sessions, student visits, and other recruitment activities; assisting with updating the Admissions section of website; providing feedback on the enrollment funnel to college leadership and the marketing team and performing other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Enrollment, Professional Education. The Enrollment Counselor oversees the transition of newly enrolled students to the Professional Education student services team to ensure a seamless handoff for onboarding.
