DFW Enforcement Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

Our Enforcement Division provides solutions for clients with timed, reserved, employee and paid parking.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized DFW Enforcement Manager to lead and oversee operations for our Dallas enforcement division. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, and takes initiative to solve problems effectively.
· Lead and manage the daily operations of the Dallas -FT Worth enforcement division.
· Oversee employee management, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development.
· Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff members.
· Ensure that all enforcement activities are carried out efficiently and within company policies.
· Utilize Microsoft Office and other general computer applications for reporting and scheduling.
· Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth workflows.
· Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies for division growth and success.
· Maintain an organized, structured, and disciplined work environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
· Proven experience in employee management, including scheduling and performance management.
· Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Basic general computer knowledge.
· Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and proactively.
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
