D365 Business Central Trainer - Atlanta - $125k+Hybrid

Our client is a large, family owned manufacturing business that has locations all throughout the United States and over 2000 employees. They recently completed a nationwide go-live of Microsoft Business Central and are in need of an inhouse BC expert who can lead training and support efforts to users across finance, production, sales, and warehousing departments.

Position Overview: As a Microsoft Business Central expert, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the ERP system and training employees on its proper use to support our financial operations and business processes. Your deep understanding of both Microsoft Business Central and accounting principles will ensure the smooth functioning of their financial systems and contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of our financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

* Train end-users on Microsoft Business Central functionalities and best practices.

* In conjunction with our Application Support Team design and test enhancements, integrations, and customizations within Microsoft Business Central.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives.

* Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.

* Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Business Central and recommend improvements or optimizations.

Requirements:

* Experience leading large training sessions with Business Central
* Business Central certification is a plus, not required
* BC implementation and upgrade experience preferred

* Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and effectively.

* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

* Ability to travel to plant locations to conduct training.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
