Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Setup:

• Set up, adjust, and operate Wire EDM and/or Sinker EDM machines with a focus on precision and efficiency.
• Ensure machines are optimized to deliver high-quality components by closely monitoring and fine-tuning operations as needed.

Blueprint Interpretation:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and detailed specifications to guide your machining processes with accuracy and attention to detail.

Quality Assurance:

• Utilize specialized measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators, to inspect and verify the accuracy of machined components.
• Consistently meet or exceed quality standards while adhering to tight tolerances.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience setting up and operating Wire and/or Sinker EDM machines.
• Strong blueprint reading skills with an eye for detail and precision.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
