Job Description:
Pay Range: $77 hr - $82 hr
- Assists Imaging department to identify and implement innovative technology opportunities.
- This position entails IT support and working closely with the Clinical and Operational Leadership to diagnose system issues, optimize workflows, and implement requested changes in a highly matrixed environment.
- The CBA will work to support and evaluate workflow processes with software and interface configuration, design, and implementation for the Epic Radiant and related radiology applications.
- This includes providing end user support, eliciting business requirements, and working with the system build teams to implement enhancements and improvements that benefit the Epic end user community.
- Provide on-going support of live applications including but not limited to on-site, telephone support, system maintenance, system enhancements and upgrades.
- Support and educate end users with Epic clinical and complementary imaging applications.
- Answer end user how-to questions.
- Understand user requirements; translate them to functional requirements and assist end user with Epic request submissions.
- Identify and resolve issues and facilitate appropriate escalation for timely resolution.
- Assist with developing and executing user acceptance testing plans including creation of test cases.
- Conduct formal presentations and prepare presentation for project level work.
- Prepare end user training materials.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss team and project/program related activities, issues, changes, and communication as needed.
- Provide service to users, according to the defined service level agreements.
- Plan, manage, and over-see projects utilizing recognized project management techniques and methodologies.
- Assist in identifying and recommending best practices for business analysis, training and end user support functions.
- Communicate status on various project/program efforts to leadership, internal stakeholders and manages expectations.
- Analyze business processes to ensure accurate system configuration.
- Document and analyze business processes and drive business process improvement workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or related required.
- Must have 5 +years of healthcare IT experience with a knowledge of clinical systems.
- 3+ years of Business Analysis and/or Project Management specific to Enterprise Health Records (EHR) or Information Technology Implementation preferred.
- A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements.
- Radiology systems background desired.
- Epic Certification (Radiant or other) desired or must obtain Epic training as outlined by program requirement.
- Experience providing customer and/or end user support, preferably in a healthcare setting.

- Knowledge of clinical workflows, especially related to imaging, preferred.

- Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross functional teams including staff at all levels of the organization including both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Strong administrative, analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively conduct meetings, both formal and informal including departmental and clinical user meetings.
- Requires minimal direction from leadership and possesses the ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to successfully negotiate and collaborate with others of different skill sets, backgrounds and levels within and external to the organization.
- Strong PC skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Visio preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid work model, primarily working from home.
- As projects and priorities dictate, must be available to work occasional non-standard hours such as evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- At the project level, responsible for assigning tasks and ensuring the quality of work delivered by project team members.
