Responsibilities:
Create and update client accounts with precision
Verify and maintain client profile information
Process online bidder approvals and requests
Generate reports, manage shipping instructions, and handle client communications
Maintain and update mailing list entries
Process bidder/show cards and verify sales tax information
Collect and manage client survey responses
Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of data entry experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Work Environment:
Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely
