Used Car Sales Manager Turner Automotive is seeking a motivated Used Car Manager. As a Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales success of the dealership by effectively managing the staff, planning and developing short and long-term goals. What We Offer * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance * 401k * Paid Vacation and Sick Time Off * Discounts on Parts and Service * Employee Vehicle Purchase Program * Opportunity for Advancement Job Responsibilities * Used Car Sales Managers recruit, train, manage, and direct Sales Team. * Used Car Sales Managers handle vehicle trade appraisals, buying and selling of used wholesale units, and following cars through the reconditioning process. * Assist individual sales reps in setting aggressive, yet realistic monthly sales goals. * Used Car Sales Managers explains the policies and procedures of the dealership to sales employees, follows up with employees to verify their understanding and compliance. * Promotes an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale. * Set an example of professionalism through daily actions and appearance. * Creates merchandising strategies for the inventory and dealership. Job Requirements Ideal candidates must possess a strong management background and excellent customer service skills. * Must have at least 5+ years of successful experience as an automotive sales manager with a proven track record. * Strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to understand profit and loss statements, are requirements for success. * Ability to follow, train, and adhere to a sales process * Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software (DMS) and internet proficiency. * Proficiency with VAuto or similar inventory management tool. * Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills. * All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and must be able to pass pre-employment requirements background screen.
