We are seeking urgent care relief coverage for the following locations around Detroit, Michigan:

UrgentVet Canton: Opening 4/10/2025

UrgentVet Warren: Opening 05/22/2025

31101 Mound Rd, Warren, Michigan, 48092

UrgentVet bridges the gap between daytime general practice and emergency/overnight care, offering after-hours care for canine and feline patients without the additional expense of emergency clinic fees. Our practices offer care for common urgent cases, including wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia, and each of our paperless clinics is specially designed to deliver efficient care and equipped with cloud-based EMR, digital x-ray, and a full suite of IDEXX in-house lab equipment. Here are our current scheduling incentives:

• During the first 60-days of the hospitals opening, Monday - Friday shifts have a $500 bonus on top of your rate! 
• During the first 60-days of the hospitals opening, Saturday and Sunday shifts have a $750 bonus on top of your rate!
• If you book 5 shifts or more in a calendar month, you receive a $500 bonus
• If you book 10 shifts or more in a calendar month, you receive a $1000 bonus
• Receive a $500 bonus per relief referral who picks up 5 shifts after you have worked one

• Cash in on next-day payment for your UrgentVet shift 
• Be the boss of your schedule and pay by setting your own rate (it can even vary by location) 
• View ALL available UrgentVet shifts across the country 
• Efficiently request shifts in bulk with online scheduling 
• Conveniently receive reminders for each shift, including location and directions

We are seeking a relief veterinarian to cover shifts at our practice. If you are an experienced veterinarian, more recent graduate, or someone interested in venturing into relief, we want to hear from you! A variety of different shifts are available, to accommodate all kinds of schedules.

The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Excellent client communication and high-quality medicine is required. 

Relief Veterinarian Information:

Qualification:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university and a license to practice in the state of Michigan.
