• Develop, perform and maintain annual operator competency review.
• Establish SOPs and new work instructions and perform periodic survey of employees to ensure compliance.
• Establish program and coordinate new/transfer employee training.
• Ongoing critique of existing techniques, habits and procedures and provision of training when change is required.
• Maintain training database for all training of hourly personnel.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in Manufacturing Leadership, Workforce Training, Learning and Development
