What’s a typical day as a Technical Recruiter? You’ll be:
• Collaborating with business units and HR team members to meet recruiting goals.
• Guiding and assisting business leaders regarding staffing process, policies, and procedures.
• Working cross-functionally with other HR teams on hiring strategies and headcount planning.
• Translating workforce plans into recruiting strategies and implementing creative, cost-effective, and timely actions.
• Educating hiring teams, business leaders, and HR on recruiting best practices and expectations.
• Maintaining applicant tracking database integrity and following recruiting policies and processes.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of new HR programs and processes.
• Ensuring a consistently positive and professional experience for each candidate.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting within an IT/Data environment.
• Are metrics driven and process focused.
• Have strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Possess exceptional customer service skills and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Possess experience with Workday preferred and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
