We’re looking for a Content Creator to lead our social media efforts and create compelling content that resonates with our community. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative social media strategies that boost brand awareness, engage our audience, and support our broader marketing goals. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategy, and hands-on content creation skills. What You’ll Do: Social Media Strategy
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
- Stay on top of trends, platform changes, and industry shifts to ensure Peachy remains innovative and relevant.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to generate organic, impactful content in key markets.
Campaign Development
- Plan, execute, and measure social media campaigns that promote Peachy’s products, events, and initiatives across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
- Work with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to align social media efforts with overall brand goals.
Content Creation
- Create visually engaging and on-brand content (photography, videos, graphics, and written copy) tailored for each platform.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals, collaborating with design partners when necessary.
Platform Management
- Oversee Peachy’s social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers regularly.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions promptly and authentically.
Community Building
- Build and nurture a sense of community by fostering genuine interactions with followers.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to extend Peachy’s reach.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Stay informed on legal and regulatory requirements for social media and ensure compliance in all social media activities.
- Adhere to best practices and evolve strategies based on performance data.
What You Have: - Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio of work showcasing high-quality content creation (photography, video, graphics).
- Proficient with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Knowledge of current trends in skincare, wellness, beauty, and social media best practices.
- Ability to work on-site, 5 days per week in New York City.
Pay & Perks: - The target pay range for this role is $75,000-$95,000/year + bonus. Peachy may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, and location. This range may be modified in the future.
