About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Scrum Master to join our team and help lead our agile practices. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to facilitate effective project management and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams, guiding them in the adoption of Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of Agile processes.
- Support the development and maintenance of a product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined and prioritized.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team members to take ownership of their work and contribute to team goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Scrum Masters and team members as needed.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress and facilitate feedback loops, ensuring that the teams remain focused on delivering value.

What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A passion for coaching and developing others in Agile practices.
- Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
