Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 12-Month Contract

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic consulting team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, and flows.
- Create reports and dashboards, perform data migration, and deploy code using Eclipse, ANT, and change sets.
- Integrate with third-party systems and create test classes to ensure functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Apply best practices in configuration, customization, and development within Salesforce.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong technical proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Triggers, JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflow rules, and integration with third-party systems.
- Understanding of OOPS concepts, SOQL, and SOSL query languages.
- Preferably certified in DEV 401 with at least 3 years of experience on Salesforce.com or Force.com.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Lightning Developer experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data & Integration.

Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

Other Details:
- This position is fully remote and does not offer relocation expenses.
- Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis (No C2C).
- Local candidates are preferred, but remote candidates will be considered.
