Short summary of the role:

We are seeking a highly adaptable and innovative  Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this individual contributor role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the user experience and interface of our AI-powered enterprise product, specifically focusing on Generative AI solutions such as agents and agentic workflows. Your expertise will help us revolutionize how businesses interact with conversational AI voice and chat agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI Design Initiatives: Drive the end-to-end UX/UI design process for new features and products, from conceptualization to launch, rapidly iterating based on feedback.
• Rethink Design Creation : Develop advanced tooling for creating, managing, and monitoring GenAI products focused on conversational AI voice and chat agents, including agentic workflows and no-code builder interfaces.
• Adapt and Pivot: Quickly adapt to changing requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility in your design approach.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify design challenges proactively and propose innovative solutions independently.
• User-Centric Design: Conduct user research with limited resources to gather insights, develop user personas, and ensure our products meet real user needs.
• Rapid Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs efficiently to accelerate learning and iteration.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication within a distributed, multicultural team.
• Embrace Ambiguity: Navigate through unclear situations with confidence, making informed design decisions with limited data.
• Ownership and Accountability: Take responsibility for your work, seeing projects through to completion and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you bring

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI product design experience, preferably in startup environments.
  • Proven experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
  • Familiarity with GenAI products such as agents, agentic workflows, and experience with no-code builders.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Strong rapid prototyping skills with the ability to quickly turn ideas into testable designs.
  • Familiarity with basic coding principles is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Proactive Self-Starter: Initiative to identify problems and propose solutions without being prompted.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed, multicultural team across different time zones.
  • User-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding user needs and integrating user research into the design process.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Think like an entrepreneur, considering business goals alongside design decisions.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex design problems and deliver viable solutions.

T his role is based in Miami, Florida and the person is expected to be in office 5 days a week. Our office is located in the Miami Arts & Entertainment District. We're open to candidates already in the Miami area or those willing to relocate there.

Nice to have

• Experience in building B2B SaaS software, enterprise software or GenAI products.
• Previous experience working in early-stage startups or on entrepreneurial projects.
• Familiarity with data-informed decision-making, including A/B testing and analytics.
