We are looking for a motivated Product Designer to join our Travel & Aviation team to focus on making our NEW CLEAR Mobile and other CLEAR experiences exceptional, with a high bar for quality and craft. What you'll do:

• Conceptualize and define elegant solutions to problems, both big and small.
• Translate abstract ideas into concrete solutions, working end-to-end throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Design, prototype, test, and iterate on new features and products at the right level of fidelity for launch, pilots, experiments, and optimization efforts.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure CLEAR is building the right solutions that address the highest-order needs of both our business and users.
• Have a consumer-centered approach to design, conducting research, and utilizing data to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
• Effectively communicate your ideas with openness to feedback and alternative viewpoints.
• Create best-in-class UX/UI and help maintain design libraries and patterns, familiar with creating or using design systems.
• Produce and spec elegant, usable, and responsive UI to high-fidelity deliverables for development within known tech constraints.

What you're great at:

• Have 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital experiences on mobile and web.
• Contributed to each of the phases of the end-to-end design process.
• Pragmatic, data-driven and open with a no-ego, can-do approach to design. 
• Proficiency with established patterns in layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Strong curiosity for understanding user behavior and mindsets, and anticipating new use cases.
• Intrigued by the interplay between technology and real-world behaviors.
• Will always push for clean and simple user interactions in your final designs.
• Comfortable with taking design risks and learning from feedback.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with design tools like Figma and Lottie.
• Have a portfolio showcasing design work through the end-to-end design process with an understanding of measurable positive outcomes.
• Familiarity with usability testing.
• Experience working in a highly regulated space is a bonus.
