Job Overview:

This role is responsible for managing global projects requiring interaction across the Information Technology division and directly with business units. The individual will gather requirements facilitate design and coordinate the implementation of solutions that meet the demand for infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope and objectives involving relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Conduct functional analysis to develop initial project requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans and work breakdowns to monitor progress.
• Manage relationships with project customers and stakeholders effectively.
• Perform risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
• Establish clear roles and responsibilities across project teams.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for seamless project execution.
• Ensure resource availability and proper allocation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Adhere to corporate tools and processes for project management.
• Manage changes to scope schedule and costs with appropriate verification techniques.
• Track and measure project performance using appropriate tools escalating issues as needed.
• Manage and control project budgets ensuring proper tracking.
• Facilitate the handover of IT solutions to operations teams.

Qualifications Skills & Experience:

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with IT Domains and International teams to validate requirements define scope and report progress.
• Work closely with infrastructure technical teams and subject matter experts for project planning budgeting and control.

Work Experience:

• 15 years of project management experience in a matrix organization.
• Proven track record managing complex technical projects/programs.
• Background in the manufacturing domain.
• Expertise in IT/OT and Smart Manufacturing is advantageous.
• Experience in application migration deployment and integration.
• Skilled in managing infrastructure projects involving networks telecommunications data centers servers and storage technologies.
• Proficiency in developing comprehensive solutions using various infrastructure platforms and components.
• Experience managing global and crossfunctional projects.
• Familiarity with life sciences industries and GxP regulations.
• Experience using AGILE tools and frameworks; Scrum Master certification is highly desirable.

• PMP certification is preferred or should be obtained within 612 months of the start date.
• Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies.
• GxP knowledge and training are required.
