We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director to serve as the Chief of Staff for our Global Security Services. This pivotal role will report directly to the Chief Security Officer (CSO) and will play a critical role in supporting the CSO in managing the security operations of the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities. This leader will drive strategic security initiatives and risk management functions. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the efficient operation of the security department and facilitating the execution of the CSO’s vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with the CSO and senior leadership to develop and implement the strategic vision for Global Security Services.
• Oversee and manage key security projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across different teams, timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
• Serve as a liaison between the CSO and other departments including IT, Product, and various business units ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements across Global Security Services.
• Develop and manage performance metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of security operations.
• Ensure seamless coordination and communication between various teams and departments within Global Security Services.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional committees and working groups focused on security and risk management.
• Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Eight plus years of leadership in lieu of a degree.
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans within a global organization.
• Experience leading security and/or risk management functions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with diverse teams and cultures in a global setting.
• Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering or Security preferred.

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

$150380 - $200500 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
$158290 - $211050 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$166210 - $221610 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$174120 - $232160 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
