Job Description

Our client a communications agency with many offices is looking to hire a Senior Digital Media Specialist. The Senior Digital Media Specialist is responsible for planning executing and optimizing our digital media campaigns across various platforms. In this role you will play a critical role in enhancing the agencys clients online presence driving engagement and generating leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding and experience in programmatic advertising ad trafficking paid social campaigns streaming audio and video and email marketing as well as a firm understanding of digital marketing trends analytics reporting and best practices.

This is an inperson role for our clients Nashville office.

  • Reports to: Vice President Channel Engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • 5 years of digital media experience involving media planning and buying campaign management optimization and reporting
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Google Analytics Excel Google Docs PowerPoint and/or Keynote
  • Experience with Tableau Looker Facebook Ads Manager and Programmatic Buying Platforms a plus
  • Problemsolving skills and ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Exceptional detail orientation and commitment to highquality work

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of strategic paid digital recommendations based on parameters such as goals target audience geography timing and budget
  • Coordinate execute and analyze marketing campaigns on various digital platforms including but not limited to Facebook Adobe Google Bing Email Streaming Radio and other Programmatic DSPs
  • Craft rationale for recommendations and format into presentations for internal and/or clientfacing purposes
  • Work with Account Teams and Strategists to ensure client goals/objectives are clearly defined and ultimately achieved
  • Build optimize and in collaboration with our analysts report meaningful results and deliver campaign performance insights
  • Coordinate creative trafficking within internal digital ad platforms
  • Effectively manage digital media budgets and assist with billing reconciliation
