Job Title : Salesforce QA Engineer
Contract : 6 Months
Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications, integrations, and configurations.
• Perform functional, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for Salesforce-related projects and customizations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper testing coverage.
• Identify, report, and track defects in a timely and efficient manner using appropriate tracking tools.
• Conduct integration testing with other third-party applications connected to Salesforce.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards during testing.
• Support automation testing efforts by creating and executing automated scripts where applicable.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide clear and concise test results, status reports, and bug reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure the Salesforce platform is functioning as intended after any enhancements, updates, or patches.

Key Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer with expertise in Salesforce platform testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with testing Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and custom objects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking and testing tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar.
• Strong understanding of API testing and Salesforce integration with third-party systems.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Salesforce certification in QA or Admin is a plus.
