Job Description

Job Title : Salesforce QA Engineer
Contract : 6 Months
Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications, integrations, and configurations.
Perform functional, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for Salesforce-related projects and customizations.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper testing coverage.
Identify, report, and track defects in a timely and efficient manner using appropriate tracking tools.
Conduct integration testing with other third-party applications connected to Salesforce.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards during testing.
Support automation testing efforts by creating and executing automated scripts where applicable.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Provide clear and concise test results, status reports, and bug reports to stakeholders.
Ensure the Salesforce platform is functioning as intended after any enhancements, updates, or patches.

Key Requirements :

Proven experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer with expertise in Salesforce platform testing.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Experience with testing Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and custom objects.
Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with defect tracking and testing tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar.
Strong understanding of API testing and Salesforce integration with third-party systems.
Basic knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar) is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Salesforce certification in QA or Admin is a plus.
