What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Follow project plans with detailed task assignments and execute projects using Agile methodologies.
- Identify potential risks associated with component or application implementation.
- Stay current with trends and technological innovations in the agricultural industry and recommend appropriate developments.
- Manage and provide production support to ensure smooth operations.
- Document and communicate system limitations and business rules effectively.
- Coordinate with the development team to deploy system enhancements into production.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Development experience using Lightning Components, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, or other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript for developing custom functionalities and enhancing user interfaces in Salesforce.
- Ability to work with Asynchronous Apex to efficiently process data in the background.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including CPQ, DocuSign, Adobe, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of key levers for B2B, B2C, and hybrid business models.
- 3-5 current Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, and Sales/Service/Community Clouds).
- Some experience and enthusiasm for working with CPQ.
- Familiarity with financial or software industry requirements.
- Experience successfully implementing third-party vendors or add-ons.
- Experience with Agile Development and SCRUM methodologies.
- Thrive in a self-directed learning environment.
- Demonstrable experience or Salesforce certifications in at least one of the following: Marketing Cloud, Maps (MapAnything), Field Service Lightning, and MuleSoft is highly desired.
