Salesforce Administrator to join our team starting
January 1st, 2025 . Balanced work plan with opportunity to work remote for residents in the following states;
Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, or Texas. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for: Administration and Support: - Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including user account maintenance, data integrity, licensing, and security.
- Provide first-line of support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues and questions.
- Monitor system performance and data quality and implement best practices to maintain a clean and efficient Salesforce environment.
Customization and Configuration: - Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, profiles, and permission sets to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain validation rules, flows, Apex code, and other automation tools.
- Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Data Management: - Perform regular data imports, updates, and deduplication to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to improve data quality and integrity.
- Assist with data migration and integration projects as needed.
Training and Documentation: - Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of Salesforce.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and enhancements, communicating relevant changes to the team.
Collaboration and Improvement: - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, best practice solutions.
- Develop and maintain product roadmap, prioritizing stakeholders’ needs.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other business systems, including, but not limited to our website, ERP, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) tools, and Project Management tools.
- Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
What You'll Need: - Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn complex and customized Salesforce environments and to understand business objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience administering Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot.
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, validation rules, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- Experience gathering requirements, proposing technical solutions, change management, and governance.
- Experience with data management, including data imports, data cleansing, and data migration.
- Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and understanding of triggers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and third-party applications.
- Ability to train users, create training materials, and prepare technical documentation.
- Willingness to occasionally work flexible / odd hours based on needs.
- Ability to respond to urgent issues promptly and travel to the office if necessary.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
