Salesforce Administrator

Position Overview
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and supports our business objectives. This role involves overseeing system configurations, user management, data integrity, and providing training and support to users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support the Salesforce environment, including users, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity across Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and retrieval.
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce features, including CPQ, Sales Cloud, and automation tools such as Flows and Process Builders.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure effective integration of Salesforce with other systems in the revenue tech stack.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand how to effectively use Salesforce.
  • Address system outages and issues proactively, coordinating with IT and vendor support as needed.
  • Assist in the management of application storage and system changes to align with business needs.
  • Work closely with collaboration teams, legal teams, and outside counsel to manage contracts and compliance related to Salesforce.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and data management best practices.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and process improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and architecture, including APIs and third-party tools.
  • Experience in configuring security settings, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and user permissions in Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on creating reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to train and support users, with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and techniques as they relate to Salesforce is a plus.
