**Sales Manager - Automotive Dealership in Lufkin, TX**
Our automotive dealership is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team to success. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building effective sales strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the car-buying process. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on management to maximize sales and build long-term client relationships.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach their individual and team targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Coordinate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process.
- Stay informed on industry trends and provide guidance on vehicle pricing and inventory management.
**Requirements**
- Proven track record in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and drive team performance.
**Education and/or Experience**
- High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
