Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and employee management.
• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations and minimize losses.
• Financial Performance: Drive sales and profitability through effective management of expenses and budgeting.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
• Printing Services: Process daily print jobs efficiently and accurately, leveraging your printing background.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Preferred: Previous UPS Store management experience.
• Notary Public: Must be a Notary Public or obtain certification prior to starting.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact effectively with customers, employees, and management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to work a 7-day workweek.
