Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  
• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas and notes.
  
• Handle email correspondence, responding to inquiries or forwarding as necessary.
  
• Perform data entry, document management, and file organization.
  
• Research and compile information to support team projects and decision-making.
  
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
  
• Provide exceptional support for ad hoc tasks and special projects.
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software and tools.
  
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Slack.
  
• Knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms for basic posting and updates.
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
