Position Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance processes within the organization. This role ensures that products and services meet both external and internal quality standards, driving continuous improvement in quality management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage the quality control team and oversee their activities.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of gages and other quality control equipment.
• Lead training initiatives for staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of CNC, Hydromat, and hydro/hydraulic systems.
• Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and gage calibration.
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
