Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our commercial painting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coatings and estimations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize painting projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for painting projects and manage costs.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting industry.
• Strong knowledge of coatings and paint products.
• Excellent estimation and budgeting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications in project management or coatings are a plus.
