Our growing and dynamic agency is now looking for a Project Manager to join our Digital team, where they will develop and implement operations strategies for BMF’s digital project and retainer accounts. They will ensure the smooth and efficient execution of digital creative, strategy and influencer projects from start to finish.

As a Project Manager, Digital at We Are BMF, you will oversee and manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will support our four teams within the digital department (Accounts, Creative, Strategy & Analytics, and Influencer & Creator Marketing), helping us build our operations from the ground up. This role is crucial in managing resources, schedules, budgets, and communication between BMF Digital and external clients.
Headquartered in Miami, New York, or Los Angeles, you will support bicoastal teams on both retained and project work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of creative processes, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentKey Responsibilities
The salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.
