Our growing and dynamic agency is now looking for a Project Manager to join our Digital team, where they will develop and implement operations strategies for BMF’s digital project and retainer accounts. They will ensure the smooth and efficient execution of digital creative, strategy and influencer projects from start to finish.

As a Project Manager, Digital at We Are BMF, you will oversee and manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will support our four teams within the digital department (Accounts, Creative, Strategy & Analytics, and Influencer & Creator Marketing), helping us build our operations from the ground up. This role is crucial in managing resources, schedules, budgets, and communication between BMF Digital and external clients.

Headquartered in Miami, New York, or Los Angeles, you will support bicoastal teams on both retained and project work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of creative processes, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with all four Digital departments to ensure all project and retainer objectives are met according to scopes of work, all the while fostering an empathetic and collaborative environment
  • Develop an approach to project planning, including timelines, scope, budgets, and resource allocation, for both retained and project clients to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery 
  • Partner with the Digital Accounts lead to develop a per-project and -retainer approach to resource management that is scalable and ensures that on-staff and freelance resources are neither over or under resourced
  • Partner with the Creative Director, Digital, to implement file organization and asset delivery strategies, ensuring assets, strategic documents and other deliverables are provided to clients intuitively and in line with BMF’s quality standards
  • Partner with Digital Accounts team to apply standard operations strategy to all client accounts 
  • Facilitate conversations among project teams, particularly creatives and strategists, to ensure client needs are communicated, easily understood and met
  • Partner with Digital Accounts to provide status reports and updates to clients and BMF leadership, communicating wins, progress, risks and opportunities
  • Continually refine and update workflows to better meet internal and client needs

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, or tested experience that is applicable to the job requirements
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing processes, including design, branding, copywriting, strategy development, paid media and digital production
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting
  • A proven problem-solving aptitude to assist with day-to-day client services needs 
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong PC and Mac computer literacy – including expertise in Keynote, Excel and Outlook, Google Docs
  • Calm, polite, and professional attitude
