Job Description

Solomon Page has partnered with a Nationally Known Health and Wellness corporation seeking a Project Construction Manager for a consulting project.  This candidate will initially be in charge of 2 construction sites around Austin to ensure their upcoming deadline is finished according to schedule.  This role also comes with future opportunities for projects, career growth, and an impressive compensation plan.  Be a part of a company that values collaboration, health/wellness, creativity and a passion for excellence.  

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 (based on experience in the industry)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, oversee, and manage all aspects of construction projects.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and legal standards.
• Address issues and conflicts promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Provide regular updates and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more
• Owner Rep or GC experience is a plus!
• Experience managing multiple construction projects at once
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with large ERP Systems such as: Procor and/or Asana
