We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our Third-Party Services team and customers throughout the full life cycle of various project types. This role involves working independently as well as within a team to coordinate projects, schedules, materials, and other administrative functions. The position will also assist with planning goals and overall departmental efficiencies. This is a full-time, non-exempt position located in Sioux Falls, SD.
**What You'll Do:**
- Coordinate activities related to all aspects of the Third-Party business process.
- Manage case creation, verification, and closure, ensuring timely updates to Third-Party contacts as needed.
- Attend regular meetings with third-party partners to provide support and follow up on customer questions, requests, and issues.
- Provide input on internal procedures for service partner/subcontractor contact information, required forms, processes, and policies.
- Interpret, verify, and process FWO's for projects and service requests to ensure proper invoicing as agreed by Third-Party partners and associated rate cards.
- Assist Project Managers with Service & Project Requests to ensure accurate and timely responses.
- Coordinate special Third-Party needs and projects.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and well-organized data within our internal systems.
- Provide remote support and escalation for calls/e-mails from Third-Party partners.
- Offer feedback to improve internal procedures for Third-Party information, contracts, required forms, processes, and policies.
- Assist with user acceptance testing of internal applications as necessary.
- Promote and maintain positive working relationships while working to meet departmental and company goals.
- Comply and adhere to departmental and company procedures and policies.
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
**What You'll Need:**
- An Associate degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in a technical environment; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- The ability to adapt to a technical environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
- Experience providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

The pay for the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, education, specialty, and training.
