Role Overview:
As a Product Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our Product Operations team, working to streamline and enhance our product launch processes and ongoing operations. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Product Delivery: Oversee the execution of essential product delivery processes, including feature launches, bug resolution, and quality assurance. Enhance and scale these processes to support our technology teams.
- Initiate Improvements: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement. Develop and implement plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across multiple teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure smooth collaboration and the successful achievement of project goals.
- Analyze and Enhance: Independently analyze data and workflows to pinpoint opportunities for improvement. Design and implement process improvements to boost quality and efficiency.
- Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain documentation to ensure processes are sustainable and scalable. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Project Management: Apply project management strategies to ensure timely completion of tasks. Proactively address any issues to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in a cross-functional role in technology or operations, including direct experience with engineers and designers. 2+ years working with engineering scrum teams. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com. 1+ years of SQL experience (or equivalent technical experience).
- Bonus Points: 5+ years in a cross-functional role, proven track record in identifying and implementing process improvements, ability to navigate multiple stakeholders with competing priorities, and strong communication skills.
Work Location:
This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. We value a connected and supportive work culture, regardless of where you are.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Pay: $119,200 - $156,450 per year
- Additional Benefits: Includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, annual performance bonuses, and more.
