Job Description

The Procurement Data Analyst will analyze and optimize the procurement process from purchase requisition to vendor payment. The ideal candidate will be able to turn data into insights and recommendations, to support business decisions. Knowledge on the Source 2 Pay (S2P) and Procure to Pay (P2P) is beneficial to lead detailed analysis, gather insights and make recommendations for improvements. This role will report to the Global P2P Transformation Director.

What will you do:
  • Collect and analyze data for procure-to-pay process
  • Generate accurate reports and provide insights into the procurement processes
  • Establish partnerships to identify analysis and reporting requirements
  • Present findings to stakeholders and collaborate on process improvements
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and trends in the P2P process
  • Utilize analytics tools to support decision-making
  • Build regional KPI dashboard and efficient reporting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Data analysis and trend analysis expertise
  • Proficiency in Excel (VBA), SQL, Tableau
  • 5+ years of procurement domain experience
  • Ability to simplify complex information for executive communication
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work on short deadlines
