Job Summary: As a Private Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing investment opportunities in the private credit space. You will conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments to support our investment decisions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis for prospective investments.
• Perform due diligence on potential borrowers, including reviewing financial statements, business plans, and market conditions.
• Assess credit risk and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio investments, including financial reporting and covenant compliance.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop investment strategies and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic developments affecting the private credit market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in private credit, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
