Job Description

Our national client, an Architectural Firm, has an immediate need for a RFP & Proposal Designer to join their fast-growing team immediately. You will join a collaborative marketing team within a fast-paced environment and will have meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The RFP & Proposal Designer will be an InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator expert who has over 3 years of experience with layout and design of proposals, RFPs, presentations and marketing collateral. STRONG proposal design background is key for this opportunity. This is a temp-to-perm position, 40 hours weekly that can start immediately. Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite in their Miami or Fort Lauderdale office.

Responsibilities:

• Layout, design and produce proposals, presentations, RFPs and marketing collateral using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator while ensuring brand guidelines from start to finish.
• Gathering information provided by team leads, speaking with subject matter experts and other contributors for required information.
• Provide direction and a timeline to ensure deadlines are met.
• Compose and review responses for compliance, accuracy and content before submitting.
• Layout and design of marketing collateral for business development and promotional purposes while ensuring branding guidelines are incorporated into all marketing materials.

Required Qualifications:

• STRONG background creating proposals, RFPs and presentations with samples.
• 3+ years' experience in graphic design within a corporate or in-house creative environment or stemming from an architectural design, engineering design or construction servicescompany. 
• Expert skills in InDesign with proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Must have a creative approach to data design.
• Nice to have - familiarity with engineering marketing preferred.
• Must possess strong organizational skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
• Education: Four-year degree (English, Communications, or Marketing) or equivalent business experience with two years’ experience in the A/E/C industry preferred.
