CCHCS seeks to fill six Permanent/Full-time Pharmacist I positions in Medical Services, Central Fill Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacist Workforce Support.
Under the direction of the Medical Services, Pharmacy Services, Clinical Pharmacist Workforce Support Pharmacist II, the Pharmacist I promotes rational and cost-effective drug therapy through close participation in the drug therapy decision-making process with assigned physicians and other medical personnel. Under indirect supervision, provides clinical pharmacy services using approved protocols in collaboration with other health professionals, including managing patient drug therapy, and providing patient education. Educates providers, pharmacists and other health care professionals re: pharmaceutical care. Travel is required.
